Job Title: Executive - Installation/Field Installation Supervisor
Location: Hosa Road , Bengaluru.
Experience: 1-3 years (preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for a dedicated Executive - Installation/Field Installation Supervisor to join our team and ensure seamless execution of lighting installations at client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the installation of lighting fixtures, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and clients to understand installation requirements.
- Supervise on-site technicians and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot any installation-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation of installations, including reports and client sign-offs.
- Provide post-installation support and address client queries.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in installation, preferably in lighting, interiors, or electrical projects.
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation manuals.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for installations.
