Key Responsibilities

·         Assist your sales manager.

·         Help the sales manager to maintain a relationship with clients via emails, calls, WhatsApp, Zoom calls & other social apps.

·         Constant follow-ups.

·         Learn & implement new export techniques into the business. 

·         Learn to develop new strategies to crack end users.

·         Understanding and fulfilling the demands of clients. Solving queries of clients.

·         Preparing quotations for clients. 

·         Preparing mail drafts for clients and circulating them to other colleagues.

·         Mail follow-ups against the submitted quotation.

·         Giving the status of quotation to purchase and production team over finalization of the same.

·         Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.

·         MS-Office

·         English Proficiency (Spoken)

·         English Proficiency (Written)

·         Internet surfing.

·         Communication skills.
