Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Inpatient/Out patient registrations
- Patient Room reservations
- Admission for Planned and unplanned cases.
- Informing HODs’ about VIP, international patient movement.
- Explaining room charges, nursing care charges and other charges as per the tariff of hospital.
- Convince the patient for paying scheduled admission deposit.
- Explaining various medical Package and general information detailing like visitors policy.
- To handle OPD registration and billing after OPD working hours.
- Receiving first time registration fees and giving privilege card.
- Issuing of attendant passes
- Informing & coordinating with nursing in charge regarding patient admission, transfers & physical discharge of the patient.
- Informing & coordinating with housekeeping staff for patient transfers & admission
- IP Cash handling and IP deposit after the billing hours.
- Taking '0' deposit consent from consultants or the higher authority as per policy/Mediclaim patient
- Follow-up of Cashless procedures.
- Completing pre-authorized formalities.
- Collecting reference letter from corporate patient or reference letter follow-up.
- Class transfers as per patients request and explaining the Patient about the financial implication as per hospital policy.
- Room holding (Mother/Relative)/ charge posting on daily basis.
- Health checkup coordination
- On job training & supervision of the coworkers.
