Responsible for Maintaining Minimum Stock (MOQ) in North Region Hubs & Engineers Spares Dispatch To ATM/CRM sites for Local (NCR region) & outlocation tickets against part request received from Help Desk Team on real time basis. Requesting & getting Documents (Invoice/Waybill,… etc) from internal teams on Real Time Basis Co-ordination with courier / transporters / Bikers / Runners for spares ETA. Update spares ETA & Delivery status to Help Desk Team by Mail on real time basis · Provide ETA for every part request within 30mins. · Arrange to move parts from other location if not available Locally. · Follow up with CE/CRA , Bank & Courier till the spare get delivered. · Make entries in ERP for the Outward Movement from Respective Stocking Warehouses · Reverse pickup of faulty parts from sites once part is replaced. · Coordinating with Banks and Courier for Reverse Pickup. · Taking stock return in ERP for faulty parts received from field. · Move faulty parts to TRC Team for repair & make Stock transfer entry in ERP and get mail acknowledgement from receiver. · Daily Reports to Supervisor for all the above activities
