Ensure ISP Network availability : 99.99%
Keep Hardware faults to 1% w.r.t installed network elements
RMA Generations for hardware inventory of respective vendors
Spare management & timely availability / replacements of Spares
Work order management A2A,B2B,B2C & patching’s with in TAT
Testing of circuits for new delivery
PMT of ISP equipment as per schedule & field support
Guidance to field team for HW/SW faults restorations
Work orders Material tracking & Management
Node insertion on live network
Traffic re-routing in case of services impact
Proactive Traffic diversity of circuits to avoid services impact
Ring up gradations & capacity enhancements
Change management as per process
