The Job Description is as follows
- Managing the relation with new customers and providing them complete detail of the product.
- presenting the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way
- Following up with the clients and addressing their queries
- Handling inbound and outbound student queries for courses. Handling enquires on phone and in person understanding importance of courses and closing leads for those courses.
- Counsel students over the phone or in person about the services provided.
- Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge (MS office excel, word and google drive)
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Good coordination skills
- Multi tasking abilities, convincing power and strong market knowledge
- relationship building
- training the team and addressing thier query
Fresher's with pleasing personality and good communication skills are welcomed.
