Job Description
Ensure compliance with the installation and commissioning of CPs.
Conduct EWS calibration and maintenance at CPs.
Resolve complaints related to AMCUs for CPs.
Maintain compliance with records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation and Commissioning of CPs:

Ensure Compliance: Ensure that the installation and commissioning of control panels (CPs) are carried out in compliance with industry standards, company protocols, and client specifications.

Supervision and Coordination: Coordinate with the installation team to ensure proper execution of control panel installations, ensuring that all technical requirements are met.

Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections before and after the installation to ensure everything is in accordance with technical specifications and client expectations.
2. EWS Calibration and Maintenance at CPs:

Calibration Tasks: Perform EWS (Early Warning System) calibration on control panels to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.

Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance checks on CPs and implement any required calibration adjustments or upgrades.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with CPs, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining operational integrity.
3. Complaint Resolution – AMCUs for CPs:

Complaint Handling: Respond promptly to complaints regarding CPs under the AMCUs, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions within the agreed timelines.

Service Requests: Handle service requests and ensure that they are processed efficiently, coordinating with the technical team for timely resolution.

Customer Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their issues and provide clear communication regarding the actions taken for complaint resolution.
4. Documentation & Record Maintenance:

Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all installation, commissioning, calibration, and maintenance activities related to CPs.

Compliance with Documentation: Ensure all required documentation, including reports, test results, and service logs, is completed and properly filed in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on activities, progress, and issues related to CP installations and maintenance to the Technical Manager/Operations Head.
