Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Executive who will support day-to-day office management and client coordination, primarily within the advertising and media industry. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Marathi typing, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will play a key role in managing internal operations, assisting in client communication, and supporting various administrative and marketing activities.
This position requires someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking across office work and external communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Management

Maintain daily office operations and administrative tasks.

Organize files, records, reports, and client documents using MS Word and Excel.

Prepare invoices, quotations, and basic reports as needed.

Ensure smooth coordination between departments and external vendors.

Handle basic scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.
2. Marathi Typing and Document Preparation

Type letters, proposals, and reports in Marathi and English as required.

Prepare presentations or promotional material for local campaigns in the Marathi language.

Maintain accuracy in translation and document formatting.
3. Client Communication and Coordination

Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, or in person.

Understand client business goals and advertising needs through direct interaction.

Assist in gathering client requirements and coordinate with creative or marketing teams.

Schedule client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
4. Advertising Industry Support

Support the marketing or creative team in campaign planning and execution.

Assist in preparing client briefs, advertising plans, and project timelines.

Stay informed about market trends, competitors’ activities, and industry developments.

Help with media planning support or vendor follow-up for ads and print materials.
5. Reporting and Presentation

Create basic reports on campaign progress, client interactions, and office operations.

Prepare PowerPoint presentations or summaries for internal and client use.

Participate in meetings and present updates when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Mass Communication).
Experience:

Familiarity with advertising, media, or marketing industries is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Typing skills in Marathi and English (Mandatory).

Ability to handle emails, documents, and administrative software.
Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
