Job Description

Executive - Statutory Audit

· Statutory Audits: Small & Medium Sized entities. Knowledge about listed entities audit will be added advantage.

· Compliance Management: working knowledge of Company law, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Customs laws, Labour laws, FEMA & RBI compliance.

· Should have handled IND AS assignments and Statutory audits of IND AS compliant entities.

· Good grasp of IND AS , AS and Standards of Auditing.

· Assignment management and Deliverable: Take responsibility for ensuring timely and high-quality deliverable. Manage multiple Audits while prioritizing tasks and maintaining the highest standards of work.

· Team Management and Development: Monitor the work of the team, providing guidance and support as needed. Foster a positive work environment.

Desired Profile

· CA with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience.

· Experience of Handling Statutory Audits of BFSI & Non- BFSI entities.

· Responsible for handling and closing the audits directly with Director.

· Accountable, takes complete ownership of assignment .

· Strong execution and team management skills Should be able to manage team size of 2-4 Articles and SQA.

· Excellent communication skills: verbal as well as written

· Quality conscious

· Command over technology in execution of audit.
