*Designation-Executive in CRM for Client Servicing

Immediate Joiner required.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling queries from Employees from big client & closing the tickers and resolve the concern with coordination through emails and calls.

2.. Oversee timely submission of data

3..Coordination in department functions like the Customer Care, Claims, Preauth and related functions & head office for any query or followups.

4.Coordination with Broker and corporate employees if required.

Experience required:

  • Experience: 0-2years of experience in Customer Service or Client Relationship

Qualification: Graduation & Health insurance or TPA industry is mandatory

Good com skills & writing emails.

MS office knowledge is mandatory
