Key Responsibilities

Design and plan customized international travel packages based on client preferences (FIT/GIT).

Handle end-to-end tour operations including hotel bookings, sightseeing, visas, flights, transfers, and insurance.

Coordinate with DMCs (Destination Management Companies) and overseas suppliers.

Provide clients with accurate and timely itineraries and quotations.

Ensure timely confirmation and documentation (vouchers, tickets, etc.) for all services.

Handle tour costing, billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.

Stay updated on global travel trends, visa rules, and destination-specific guidelines.

Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Provide on-trip support to travelers and manage emergencies or changes in itineraries.
Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of international destinations and visa procedures.

Proficiency in using GDS/booking engines (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle clients professionally via phone, email, and in-person.

Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Good command of MS Office and travel CRM software.
