EXECUTIVE – PARTNER DELIGHT

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides prompt, efficient and high-quality service to Swiggy restaurants (partners) through email & phone.
Demonstrates ownership of every Partner interaction to achieve successful first-time resolution on all contacts
Works with multiple technology applications and features to resolve Partner contacts.
Demonstrates the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures
Maintains high-performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance
Follows up with the clients for any special requirements.
Maintenance of customer complaints.
Customer feedback & surveys.
Highlight customer issues to the concerned authorities.

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

Demonstrated effective, clear and professional written and oral communication and attention to detail.
Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility.
Schedule flexibility to work at weekends.
Intermediate MS Office applications specifically Excel (preferably).
Bilingual English/Hindi with 90% proficiency in both languages, third language proficiency is a must.
Relevant field experience will be preferred.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Knowledge of Customer’s Culture
A versant score of 4+
Willingness to work in 24×7 (22 hours currently) environment and rotational shifts.
Excellent teamwork and ability to work in a distributed delivery environment.
Should be proactive and with customer service approach.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:

Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
Fresher and Experience Candidate may Apply.
Should be comfortable with Inbound.
Must be flexible working in shifts.
Agents should possess grammatically correct communication skills in written and Verbal English.
