Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship & Contract Management:

  • Meet with existing and new clients to understand their spare parts requirements.
  • Negotiate and finalize tailor-made spare parts contracts based on client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

2. Coordination with Service & Execution Teams:

  • Work closely with the service department to ensure timely availability and delivery of spare parts.
  • Collaborate with the parts execution team to monitor stock levels and procurement.
  • Ensure that all contracts are executed as per the agreed terms and conditions.

3. Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities for spare parts contracts.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base.
  • Provide clients with information on new spare parts and service offerings.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain records of contracts, negotiations, and client interactions.
  • Prepare and submit reports on contract status, sales performance, and client feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

5. Customer Support & Issue Resolution:

  • Address client queries and concerns related to spare parts and contract execution.
  • Work proactively to resolve delivery delays or service issues.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
