About the Role
This individual will be responsible for supporting the procurement process within Zeta, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition.
Responsibilities
Manage the overall Indirect purchases - Procure to Pay (PTP) tasks
Perform category management including strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contracts, Vendor performance evaluation
Manage & keep a track of all Invoice - One Time, recurring payment
Analyse invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered
Check contract expiry dates and follow up for renewal
Work closely with finance team for timely vendor payment
Resolve queries/question raised by the finance team
Track ordering, dispatch and delivery of items procured & update all stakeholders through reports/status/data
Send out MIS to relevant stakeholders in the organization
Skills
Knowledge of the industry and market conditions of IT and networking products
Strong Excel skills
Impeccable negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent Business Communication skills
Confident, creative, proactive in taking initiatives and achieving them.
Goal-oriented individual with strong attention to detail
Experience and Qualifications
Any graduate degree.
2 to 3+ years of relevant experience in working with procurement teams.
