Job Description

To meet our increasing client demands, we are looking for a seasoned Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team in India. If you have at least 1 year of Investment Banking recruitment experience in –IT and contract staffing, and thrive in a competitive environment, possess great communication skills, and nurture a desire to make an impact in people’s lives, we’d love to speak to you!

Hiring Manger’s Expectation: Must have 1+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment from BFSI industry.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough sourcing campaigns to identify qualified candidate profiles for contract technical roles through Boolean internet strings, various job boards, social media outlets, and active networking within talent communities.
Screen incoming resumes and interview potential candidates to review resume in depth and provide guidance around job search and career goals.
Format resumes to meet internal brand standards and store all candidate files in applicant tracking system.
Format active job descriptions to meet internal brand standards and post to website.
Submit candidate resumes and professional bios to Managers for client consideration.
Schedule interviews and provide responsive feedback and closure for candidates in process.
Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates not currently on assignment.
