What You'll Do

Source, Screen and identify candidates through job Portals, Digital Media Platforms and other channels.
Screen & Validate resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
Coordinate & Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in negotiating offers and communicating with candidates.
Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

Preferred Candidate:

Educational Qualification:

Undergraduate (UG): Any degree.
Postgraduate (PG): Any degree
(Except MBA - not preferable).

Skills:

Good Communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.

Experience:

Freshers are preferred (no prior experience required).

Other Traits:

Self-motivated and driven.
Passionate about starting a career in Recruitment - Human Resources.
