Job Description

Executive Retail Sales responsibilities and duties:

Greet customers when they walk through the door
Ask customers what they are looking for and show them at least three or four models
Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
Ring up sales and arrange for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order
Upsell extra items when appropriate, such as mattress covers and bed frames
Invite customers to search our website for coupons and other ways to save money
Inform customers of delivery charge and make sure they know we’ll haul away old mattresses
