Job Description
Handle end-to-end RTO processes for registration of all company vehicles (bus/car).
Coordinate with dealerships, RTO agents, and authorities for smooth execution of registrations, re-registrations, and de-registrations.
Manage and maintain all RCs (Registration Certificates), Fitness Certificates, Permits, Insurance, and other mandatory vehicle documents.
Ensure timely renewals of fitness, permits, pollution certificates, road taxes, etc.
Apply and follow-up for temporary and permanent registration numbers.
Track and update all vehicle records in the vehicle master database.
Liaise with Finance team for road tax payments and submission of invoices.
Ensure compliance with all state and central transport regulations.
Manage documentation for vehicle ownership transfers, lease agreements, hypothecation, etc.
Handle accident-related legal formalities and coordinate with the insurance team when required.
Maintain regular communication with RTO offices and provide status reports to the management.
