Hunt for new Warehouse/Logistics Customers, and provide leads
Developing tactical plans for sales based on customer needs, and aligned them with Business Objectives
Participates in providing feedback to all BUs regarding customer functional requirements including quality and reliability.
Building and maintaining relationships with leaders in the industries
Working with communication/Marketing team to develop a solid Business case to support recommendations on new potential offerings or Business opportunities both within existing Fields of Interest and also within new fields of Interest for the company
Achieving aggressive individual sales target ( compensations will not be affected)
Tracking and reporting team performance
