Key Responsibilities:-
Customer Interaction:
- Engage with walk-in customers and online inquiries to understand their vehicle requirements.
- Provide detailed explanations of Hyundai models, features, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and offer personalized guidance throughout the buying process.

Sales and Target Achievement:
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert prospects into confirmed sales.

Documentation and Process Handling:
- Assist customers with paperwork, loan approvals, insurance, and vehicle registration.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related documentation.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Handle post-sales queries and provide excellent customer support.

Market Awareness and Reporting:
- Stay updated on Hyundai’s latest offerings and competitor trends.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports to the management.
✅ Education: Any Undergraduate Degree
✅ License: Valid 4-wheeler driving license
✅ Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in automobile sales (preferred)
✅ Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
