- Generates and processes new sales leads
- Maintains lead database for all the business verticals
- Arranges appointments with clients and sales team
- Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
- Updates & maintains all contact information of clients
- Exerts attention to detail, reports the problems as necessary to the respective Team Head
- Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
