1. Manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks and handling all the enquiries

2. Responsible for using marketing and promotion strategies to sell SLAM Memberships to Walk-In clients

3. Making calls regarding offer updates and renewals to clients

4. Maintain accurate member details in the software

5. Post regular updates in SLAM outlet social media handlings

6. Converting online leads.

7. Interacting with potential customers on company Social Channels, Email, WhatsApp.

8. Providing value to all leads and nurture them.

9. Follow up with customers for understanding their experience and suggest constant improvements.
