Location: Nungambakkam High Road, Chennai.

Your role :

Research into the Net and identify the right talent ( we will train you in that)
Interact with talented leaders in Global Markets USA and Europe
Read and learn to get better on the job.
Very young and energetic
Work atmosphere: It would be like in College.
Flat hierarchy.
We work five days a week.. and aspire to reach four work days a week

Compensation :

It will come in the form of Base Salary and Incentives
If you do well, you can expect a hike in Base Salary every quarter

Career Progression :

You could become a Partner in Two years
Travel to meet and interact with clients in USA & Europe
Travel abroad for strategy meetings

Previous experience :

It does not matter
You must be geared to absorb the training we give and hungry to perform

Qualifications :

We really don't care - we will take you even if you are just school drop out or Plus 12 failed
Good communication skills of English ( written and verbal)
Hunger to learn and know more about Global Markets ( we have a screening test that will judge how well you are connected with the Global Markets).
