  • Candidate needs to handle emails and preferred to be fast at typing.
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments

  • Maintaining the director's calendar

    Organizing and maintaining Confidential files and documents

    Making PowerPoint presentations and preparing other data's for the meeting

    Preparing agendas and taking Minutes of the Meeting

    Co-coordinating with other departments for follow-ups

    Arranging confidential meetings with the higher authorities

    Drafting emails independently. Checking directors mail and communicating to him, giving reply on his behalf

    Planning, organizing, and managing events

    Strong in oral and written communications
