Responsible for the design, development, assembly, and testing of equipment, ensuring quality standards under the guidance of the Senior Manager.
QualificationsPrimary: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred: Certification in allied courses
Min. 2 years in equipment production/assembly
Strong technical knowledge of specialized products
Understanding of hydraulic components and systems
Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
Strong communication skills and willingness to travel
Read and interpret technical drawings
Assemble, fabricate, and test equipment
Troubleshoot assembly-related issues
Conduct inspections, quality checks, and testing
Maintain plant infrastructure and tools
Ensure timely report submissions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Implement management initiatives
Ensure policy adherence and cost control
