Qualifications : Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing

Age: 24 - 30 Years

Experience: 2 - 6 Years

Job Details: The incumbent shall be responsible for the following:

1. Demand Creation via effective trials/Sampling

2. Entire responsibility to manage the ISP/ISRs

3. Accountable for the productivity of the ISP/ISRs

4. Impart periodic product training to the ISP/ISRs

5. Plan Merchandising and Visibility

6. BTL activities.

7. Event Management and Execution

8. MIS and Reports The incumbent should possess a presentable personality with excellent communication and must be proficient in making and executing Power Point Presentations

Skills : Flawless Communication and Presentable. Proactive by nature.

Technical Competency: Manpower Management and Event Management
