Job Details :
- Demand Creation via effective trials/Sampling
- Entire responsibility to manage the ISP/ISRs
- Accountable for the productivity of the ISP/ISRs
- Impart periodic product training to the ISP/ISRs
- Plan Merchandising and Visibility
- BTL activities.
- Event Management and Execution
- MIS and Reports The incumbent should possess a presentable personality with excellent communication and must be proficient in making and executing Power Point Presentations
Skills : Flawless Communication and Presentable. Proactive by nature.
Technical Competency: Manpower Management and Event Management
