Job Description

Job Title: Social Media Executive Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management

  • Manage daily posting on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Pinterest as applicable

  • Maintain a consistent brand tone, visual style, and messaging

  • Schedule posts using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later

2. Content Creation & Planning

  • Plan and execute a monthly content calendar

  • Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, captions, and hashtags

  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, or create basic creatives independently

  • Write compelling captions aligned with marketing goals

3. Audience Engagement

  • Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner

  • Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant pages to build community

  • Handle basic customer queries and escalate leads to the sales team

4. Growth & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor platform analytics: reach, impressions, engagement, followers

  • Identify trends, viral formats, hashtags, and competitor activity

  • Suggest strategies to improve organic reach and engagement

5. Campaign & Promotion Support

  • Support product launches, offers, events, and festive campaigns

  • Coordinate with marketing team for paid ad creatives and campaign ideas

  • Assist in influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns

6. Brand Reputation Management

  • Monitor brand mentions and online reputation

  • Address negative comments or messages diplomatically as per company guidelines

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
