Job Description

  • Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Define the most important social media KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measure the success of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency and aligned campaigns.
  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging, high-quality, and relevant content (text, images, video) that aligns with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee the design and production of visual assets with the design team (or independently, if applicable).
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of posts.
  • Community Management & Engagement:
  • Monitor and manage all social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster an active and engaged community by initiating conversations and building relationships with followers and key influencers.
  • Identify and engage with relevant user-generated content (UGC).
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Use analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights) to track, measure, and analyze performance across all social media channels.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and overall ROI.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Advertising & Campaigns (Optional/As required):
  • Assist in planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Promoted Posts).
  • Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bids to optimize performance.
  • Stay Up-to-Date:
  • Continuously monitor social media trends, tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
  • Research and recommend new social media platforms and technologies.
