Job Role: General Accounting &
Payment Processing
Desired Profile (must have):
- Well experienced in Accounting of General expenses, Purchase Accounting/Payables (including import purchase), processing payments to domestic & foreign vendors.
Job Description:
- Booking
of General Admin expenses (travel, conveyance, rent, electricity, salary,
advertisement etc)
- Bank
Reconciliation.
- Compliance
with TDS rules including remittance, quarterly returns & provide
certificates to vendors.
- Liaison
with banks & private lenders for all kinds of loans, facilities.
- Maintain
records of all bank correspondences, loan details, sanction letters etc.
- Process
payments to domestic & foreign vendors including advance payments,
payment of custom duty.
