Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer complaints received via tickets
- Calling customers to ascertain the nature of complaint & give a resolution.
- Coordination with internal departments for resolution over emails & calls.
- Achieve the performance metrics like REX, AHT, Quality scores, Productivity login hours, Attendance etc.
Desired Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation
- 12+ months in customer experience (preferably from eCommerce process/ international process in a BPO)
- Teaching background
