Job Description

Opening and Closing of Exhibition Stalls, Showing the NGO products to the customers and selling.

Maintaining proper inventory and account of the exhibition material.

Explaining the NGO work and ideology to the customers.

Locating suitable venues

Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation

Overseeing the production of tickets and advertisement material

To contribute towards the development of exhibitor and visitor database relevant to assigned exhibitions

To continually update International Project Manager through progress reports on the status of each task.

Work in line with the exhibition department’s strategy whilst following policies and guidelines.
