A steward helps passengers during a flight.
They welcome passengers, help them find their seats, and make sure everyone is comfortable and safe. A steward explains safety rules, serves food and drinks, and assists passengers when they need help. In emergencies, the steward stays calm and helps protect passengers.

Main duties:

Greet passengers politely
Help with seating and luggage
