Job Description
- Manage the store's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Assist customers with purchases, promote products and services, and work towards achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure adequate stock availability, and participate in ordering and receiving processes.
- Supervise and motivate sales associates, provide training and guidance, and ensure effective team performance.
- Handle administrative tasks such as cash handling, processing returns, and managing store records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and security measures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory and Stock Management:

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.

Receive deliveries, inspect goods for quality and quantity, and update inventory records accurately.

Organize and maintain stockrooms to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval.

Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

Coordinate with purchasing and procurement teams to place orders and track delivery schedules.
2. Sales Support and Customer Service:

Assist store management and sales teams in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving complaints, and assisting with product information.

Support promotional activities and merchandising to enhance product visibility and sales.

Handle billing, invoicing, and cash transactions with accuracy and accountability.
3. Store Administration and Reporting:

Maintain daily records of sales, stock movements, and store activities.

Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, inventory status, and customer feedback to the Store Manager.

Ensure compliance with store policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention measures.

Manage store documentation, including purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and warranty claims.
4. Team Coordination and Communication:

Collaborate with store staff, warehouse teams, and delivery personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Support training and onboarding of new store employees.

Communicate effectively with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

Participate in regular store meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
5. Facility Maintenance and Safety:

Ensure the store premises are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Monitor adherence to health and safety standards, including emergency procedures and equipment maintenance.

Report any hazards, damages, or maintenance needs to the appropriate departments.
