Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Proactively identify, engage, and attract passive and active talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the entire hiring process from defining job requirements, posting ads, and screening resumes to scheduling interviews
.
Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with managers to establish selection criteria, define job profiles, and understand staffing needs.
Candidate Experience & Branding: Promote the company's employer brand, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and professional experience for all applicants.
Data-Driven Selection: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidates, track metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire), and improve hiring strategies.
Offer Management: Negotiate and extend job offers, assisting with the transition to onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a Recruiter or TA Specialist.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) recruitment practices.
