Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through advanced search techniques, social media, and industry networking.
Stakeholder & Account Management: Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning, define requirements, and manage expectations.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end process from job intake to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guide, coach, and motivate recruiters, ensuring high performance, proper workload allocation, and adherence to processes.
Metrics & Data Analytics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to refine strategies.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Promote the company's value proposition to attract top talent and ensure a positive, seamless experience for candidates.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, evaluate recruitment tools, and implement, new technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) to enhance efficiency.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all hiring activities comply with local labor regulations and maintain ATS data integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 5-10+ years in corporate recruiting, staffing firms, or executive search.
Leadership: Proven experience in mentoring or leading teams.
Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Workday, Taleo) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
