Job Description
Job Purpose:

Acknowledging and resolving
customer complaints
●
Knowing our products inside and
out so that you can answer client queries
●
Respond to customer inquiries about
queries/problems through email and telephone call
●
Document calls from clients and provides
troubleshooting help to find the problem and isolate it
●
Work closely with quality assurance and
development teams to investigate and resolve issues
●
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the
customer service process
●
Maintain accurate customer documents and prepare reports for all issues
and resolutions
●
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
● Team Player, to work cohesively with a team of programmers, senior engineers, Project Managers, QA and Directors
