1) Precise Engineers:- This is the first group company established in 1994 and registration with most important clients is formed in G.I.D.C. Vitthal Udyognagar- Anand which takes care of design, manufacturing and supply of

1. Bellows Expansion Joints,

2. Dismantling Joints,

3. Flange adaptors,

4. Dampers,

5. Check Valves,

6. Zero Velocity Valves,

7. Plate Flanges

8. Casing Insulators (Pipe line spacers) etc.

2) Dhruv EPC Solutions Pvt. Ltd.:- This company is formed at Manjusar G.I.D.C. Vadodara Gujarat and consists of 3 major divisions.

A) EPC Division:

1. Small and medium EPC jobs from concept to commissioning

2.Multi discipline engineering services including CAD, FEA, spec and data sheet preparation, inquiry float, TBA and CBE, vendor print check, expediting, supply chain management support

3. Electro Mechanical Jobs, IoT, M2M interface logics

4. Complete piping etc.

5. Structural work including PEB

This particular division is also in process to tie-up with technology suppliers mainly for high pressure vessel, exchanger design and manufacture, water/waste water treatment solutions, renewable energy, environment control equipment having reputation world- wide.

3) Dhruv Exports:- This company is formed at Manjusar G.I.D.C Vadodara Gujarat. This company is developed for outsourcing, trading of Engineering Products for Indian as well as Overseas Clients where in client’s wants additional services from us. Using our expertise & wide infrastructure.
