Airport Ops

Job overview: The individual ensures smooth operations at the airport (or other high footfall locations in a city), particularly in case of Pin Dispatch locations.

Responsibilities

• Work with airport management team ensuring driver and customer experience is seamless and positive.
• Man the designated area at the location, follow the processes both as laid down by the company and the airport authorities.
• Demonstrate high customer centricity when dealing with driver partners and customers.
• Maintain records as required by the process.

Key Stakeholders

• Internal: Manager / TL / Shift in charge
• External: Airport security staff,Customers / driver partners

Language - Local language mandatory, English or Hindi as additional language preferred

Backend:

Job overview Help streamline the process of driver partner onboarding by making new driver accounts and in resolving issues of the existing driver

partners.

Responsibilities

• Helping street team in on-boarding new driver partners.
• Works with computers and internal Uber tools (smartphones, iPads, google docs, etc.)
• Creating accounts via uber tools.
• Document check of the new partners and verifying with current SOP for making new accounts
• Help resolve questions of field team and driver partners

• External: Driver Partners
