Job Description
Job Summary:
- Looking for confident, young, energetic commerce graduate , eager to learn new things, to be part of our organisation, as trainee for first 6 months and as permanent team member upon successful completion of training.
- The job involves in-office and out-office functions thus involves local commuting in mass public transport.
- Our office is conveniently located near Ruby Circle but away from the hustle and bustle of the Ruby Point.
- All modes of public transport for local commuting are available here. Outstation travel may happen.

- The incumbent shall be responsible for preparing information memorandum (IM) for cases / proposals using word processing software such as MS WORD
- preparing data sheet / model using spreadsheet software such as MS EXCEL
- preparing MIS required as per internal requirement
- collection / delivery of data / information / documents from / to clients' / institutions' offices
- identifying business opportunities by using appropriate tools / methods / connects
- scheduling appointments and doing follow ups
- communicating in detail, at all times, to all stakeholders
- Candidate must be a commerce graduate from a reputed institution with good academic track and sound knowledge of basic business & financial accounting theories.
- Candidate must possess good written and oral capabilities in English and good oral capabilities in Hindi & Bangla
- Candidate should be well conversant with word processing software such MS-WORD, spreadsheet software such MS-EXCEL, email client such as Outlook, Common sense and related analytical skill, mathematical skills of high school level
- Candidate having exposure to business banking may have an edge in selection
