Job Description
Role : Executive Trainee
Nature of work : Full Time Employment
The details are as follows:-
- Diploma
- Year of Passing –2025
- Type of Offer – Full time
Compensation- As per Industry Standards
Criteria :-
Candidates should have a minimum of 60% in their Diploma and less than 60% (can be considered) in either 10th or 12th grade. Only candidates graduating in 2025 will be considered, and they must not have any active backlogs.
Communication should be Good & Presentable.
Key Responsibilities
During the training period, Executive Trainees will be exposed to multiple departments and functions, including but not limited to the following:
1. Department-Specific Assignments

Work under the guidance of senior team members and managers to understand daily operations and strategic objectives.

Contribute to live projects, support documentation, and assist in the implementation of key initiatives.

Complete departmental rotations (if applicable) to gain exposure to different business units.

Analyze data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations based on assigned tasks.
2. Training and Development

Attend orientation sessions, skills development workshops, and product/service training modules.

Participate in on-the-job training, mentoring programs, and shadowing sessions with experienced staff.

Stay up to date with organizational policies, industry trends, and tools used by the department.
3. Communication and Coordination

Assist with internal coordination among teams and departments for ongoing projects or operational tasks.

Communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors, or clients, as required for specific assignments.

Represent the company in a professional manner during any interactions or external communication.
4. Documentation and Reporting
-
Maintain accurate records of tasks, reports, and observations during the training period.

Submit weekly or monthly progress reports to the assigned mentor or reporting manager.

Document learnings, challenges, and suggestions for process improvement.
5. Evaluation and Performance Tracking
-
Meet training milestones and deadlines as set by the Training Coordinator or Department Head.

Participate in assessments, quizzes, or review sessions to evaluate your understanding and growth.

Accept constructive feedback and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning.
