Designation – Consultant Care Executive

Job Location – Noida / Gurgaon

Qualification – Minimum Graduate

Work Experience – 0-3years

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables -

Manage employee relations program related to recruitment, onboarding, compensation, disciplinary action, conflict resolution and interpretation/application of policies and collective agreement obligations in the form of counsel and advice.

  • Single point of contact from the day of their start, though not limited to their exit.

  • Explaining them various policies of the organization, impacting their employment with the organization and the contract with the client

  • Ensuring that all employee issues/concerns are handled effectively and timely resolution is provided to the employees

  • Building and maintaining Employee Relationship; taking complete ownership of the clients handled

  • Minimizing mid-term terminations, strategic planning for re-deployment

  • Responsible for escalations/grievance handling. Handling employee grievances including working conditions, salary related matters & career counselling.

  • Coordinating with various internal departments to help close the query/issue/concern of the employee

  • Engage in re-deployment efforts of employees/contractors ending their existing contract in conjunction with recruiting teams internally.

  • Increase organic hiring by collecting employee referrals from existing employees & contractors and find them placement based on their skill set.

  • Maintain a good communication and positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction and ensuring satisfactory employee relationship

  • Ensuring HR strategies and initiatives are created and drive metrics to assess employee engagement, through reviews and surveys to assess the overall health of the organization

  • Ensuring review and survey results are translated into action plans that are executed within each functional area

  • Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends           

  • Conduct exit analysis, manage, control and analyze attrition by employee engagement

  • Conceiving and executing on strategies that improve employee satisfaction, retention & engagement across organization as well as maintain MIS

  • Plan, manage and organize fun activity and get them executed in accordance with the employee engagement partner

 

Desired Profile –

  • Knowledge of MS tools – Excel, Power Point will be added advantage

  • Should be self starter, proactive and energetic

  • Must be good in communication skills & should have strong interpersonal skills
