Job Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and networking
• Conduct initial HR screening to assess skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate candidate data, trackers, and MIS reports
• Collect and verify candidate details: current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, company, qualification
• Ensure candidate engagement to avoid dropouts and no-shows
• Support offer rollout, acceptance, and joining formalities
• Track joiners, back-outs, and dropouts, and immediately escalate issues
