Job Description
Principal task and Responsibilities:
Major purpose of the Job :
Design, prepare, review, issuance, control, retrieve and distribution of documents.
Logging of Change control, Incident and CAP?.
Receiving and distribution of outside testing sample.
SOP management
Responsibilities:
Review and approval of Specification and ST?.
Tracking of SOP effectiveness and review requirements.
Handling of SOP management system.
Handling of QMS like change control, incident and CA??.
Receiving of outside sample and distribution to concerned department.
Review and approval of outside sample testing and analytical test report.
Monitoring of GLP activity in Analytical Laboratory and R&D lab.
Issuance of documents (SOP formats, logbook, register and LNB etc.) to cross-functional
departments based on request.
Routine lab monitoring in ADL, Synthesis lab & PERL.
Co-ordinate with R&D, ADL, PERL, RA & Plant QA for PDR and analytical related activities.
Handling of internal audit.
Other work allocated by DQA head as per requirement.
