Sr. Officer / Grade - E1
Discipline : Finance
& Accounts
Qualification : [ I ] CA/ICWA with minimum 50% marks or [ II ]
Two years Full time MBA/PGDM with specialization in Finance with minimum 60%
marks (or CGPA 6.0 & above) from a recognized University / Institute
approved by AICTE.
Min.Exp. : Candidate
must have atleast 1 year of post qualification experience in a reputed
organisation with a working knowledge of areas relating to accounting,
taxation, budgetary process, treasury & cash management and statutory
compliances. Good knowledge of SAP is desirable. The candidate should have excellent
communication & negotiation skills.
Age Limit : 32 Yrs
Sr. Manager/ Grade - E4
Discipline : Finance

compliances. Good knowledge of SAP is essential. The candidate should have
excellent communication & negotiation skills. Should be on a permanent role
in current / latest organisation. Preference shall be given to the candidate
from a listed company having turnover of Rs. 1000 cr. and above in last 2
years. Experience in energy sector shall be an added advantage.

Qualification : Full time Bachelor degree in Law (LLB) with
Minimum 60% marks (or CGPA 6.0 & above) from a recognized University /
Institute approved by AICTE.
Min.Exp. : Candidate
must have atleast 1 year of post qualification experience in a reputed
organisation / Law firm or as a Law executive in PSU/Large Private Sector
Company in handling legal matters before judicial/ quasi -Judicial Forum and
labour Employment & Discplinary Matters etc.

Discipline : Legal
Qualification : Full time Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or
equivalent with minimum 60% marks (or CGPA 6.0 & above) from a University /
Institution recognised by UGC. Higher qualification, i.e. LL.M. would be an
added advantage.
Min.Exp. : Candidate
must possess minimum 22 years of post qualification experience in a senior
position in a large PSU/Pvt. Sector company preferably in Energy/Hydrocarbon
sector in handling legal matters before judicial/quasi-judicial forum and
labour, employment and service matters, contracts & procurement,
arbitration etc. Knowledge & experience of legal matters relating to energy
/ oil & gas sector would be an added advantage. Preference will be given to
candidates working in a listed company with a turnover of more than Rs. 1000
crs.

Discipline : Secretarial
Qualification : a) Should have passed the final examination of
the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and should be an Associate
/ Fellow Members of ICSI with minimum 50% marks. (Mandatory) b) Additional qualification
of Bachelor Degree in Law(LLB) from a recognized University in India.
(Preferable)
Min.Exp. : Minimum 1
year of Post qualification working experience in Secretarial matters including
statutory and regulatory compliances, corporate governance, Agenda Compilation
for Board / Committee Meetings, arrangements for Meetings, drafting Notices /
Minutes, Compliances relating to Companies Act 1956/2013 alongwith rules and
secretarial standards, Stock exchange, SEBI laws Listing Regulations, Insider
Trading Code, Takeover Code, NSDL, CDSL, Filing forms on MCA21, Maintenance and
updation of Statutory Registers and Records, Handling of work relating to
Dividend, Assisting CS in all the Secretarial and Legal matters including
Amendment of Memorandum and the Articles of Association of the company,
FPOs/IPOs/Buy back of shares/Bonus Issues/Split/ formation of JVs/Subsidiary
companies/Mergers/Demergers etc., Monitoring changes in the Legislative and
Regulatory Environment and having good communication and presentation skills.
Should be on a permanent role in current / latest organisation. *Post
qualification experience will be counted from the date of becoming the
Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Powers and dealing with the same, assisting CS in all the Secretarial matters
including Amendment of Memorandum and the Articles of Association of the
company, FPOs/IPOs/Buy back of shares/Bonus Issues/Split/ formation of
JVs/Subsidiary companies/Mergers/Demergers etc., presentation to the Management
on various Company Secretarial Matters, Monitoring changes in the Legislative
and Regulatory Environment and to take appropriate action. Should be on a

Qualification : Full time Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree
in Engineering (any branch) with minimum 60% marks (or CGPA 6.0 & above) from
a recognised University / Institute approved by AICTE and MBA/PGDM (Full
time/Part time/Executive Course/Distance learning)approved by DEC in
Marketing/Oil & Gas/Petroleum Management/Energy or equivalent with min. 60%
marks (or CGPA 6.0 and above) from a recognised University / Institute approved
by AICTE.
Min.Exp. : Candidate must fulfill following criterions: 1.
Atleast 22 years of post engineering qualification experience in
executive/management grade. 2. Out of total experience, the candidate should
have cumulative experience of 10 years: (i) in natural gas and/or RLNG/and/or
LNG marketing, sourcing in an organisation of oil & gas sector or a large
organisation using natural gas/LNG as a feedstock/fuel and (ii) in management
of gas purchase and transportation contracts and also distribution of natutal
gas/LNG in small & large commercial and industrial sectors. 3. The
candidate should have through understanding and experience of regulatory
framework of distribution of NG/LNG in India. 4. The candidate should not be on
a contract /adhoc basis. 5. Preference shall be given to the candidates:(i)
from Listed organisation in India (ii) having domain expertise, high value
content for the job, extraordinary academic credential/ extra ordinary
achievement specially in oil and gas sector, international education, working
exposure in international organisations or its JVCs.
