Recruitment of Executives / Officers through Lateral entry

Product Managers – Retail Assets (Level 4)

Qualification  :  Graduation in any stream with a good academic record

Experience :  Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in any Commercial Bank / BFSI Sector in designing new Retail Loan Products. The candidate shall be responsible to come up with suitable variants of the products tailor-made to specific targeted customer profile. The candidate shall also be responsible for the profitability of the product.

Age Limit :  Maximum - 40 years

Product Managers – Commercial Assets (Level 4)

Qualification :  Graduation in any stream with a good academic record

Experience :  Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in any Commercial Bank / BFSI Sector in designing new Commercial Loan Products. The candidate shall be responsible to come up with suitable variants of the products tailor-made to specific targeted customer profile. The candidate shall also be responsible for the profitability of the product.

Sales Managers – Retail Assets (Level 3 & Level 2)

Qualification :  Graduation in any stream with a good academic record

Experience :  Minimum 2 to 3 Years’ of feet on street Experience in the sales of retail products – BFSI or FMCG. Experience in working with DSAs and through car dealer / builder tie-ups will be an added advantage. The candidate will have to drive specific retail loan products – wheels, mortgage or personal, through a dedicated sales team / through direct sales / through the car dealer / builder tie-ups

Age Limit :  30 – 35 years
