Job Description

We are expanding our team of professionals to support our principals in the US. Ideal candidates would be comfortable with Auditing and Accounting. Should have excellent oral and written communications skills with an exceptional eye for detail. They need to have excellent soft skills with a flair for problem solving and be quick to learn new regulations and compliance policies.

Responsibilities:-
-Work closely with US Finance team, project coordinators and managers to assist, review, audit, update and approve employee travel and relocation expenses as per US FTR and company policies.
-Review expense reports to ensure adherence to Federal as well as internal company policies for expenses such as mileage, airfare, lodging, ground transportation, meals and incidentals.
-Verify and audit expense reports are accurate and required receipts, statements, justifications etc. are properly submitted and claimed expenses are authorized as per client/ company policies.
-Reject expense reports if any updates are needed and notify employees, project coordinators, track rejected reports to ensure timely resubmission.
-Work with the Finance team to support reconciliation of travel expenses, prepare monthly travel Invoices and receipts and documents for client submission.
