We’re looking for a sales-driven and experienced Female Tele caller to join our team in Chennai. This role combines tele calling, patient care, and sales, with a focus on educating patients about hearing aid solutions and encouraging service conversions.
We’re looking for a sales-driven and experienced Female Tele caller to join our team in Chennai. This role combines tele calling, patient care, and sales, with a focus on educating patients about hearing aid solutions and encouraging service conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote hearing assessments and hearing aid solutions
Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Coordinate appointment scheduling with audiologists and front office
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and patient information in CRM
Explain services and hearing aid options clearly to patients
Meet daily and weekly communication and conversion goals
Achieve and exceed weekly & monthly sales and conversion targets

Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling, preferably in the healthcare or hearing aid domain
Must be fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with computer systems and CRM tools
Professional, courteous, and empathetic approach in patient interaction
Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling, preferably in the healthcare or hearing aid domain
Must be fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with computer systems and CRM tools
Professional, courteous, and empathetic approach in patient interaction
