Export Sales Executive
Job Description
Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Export Sales Executive to manage and grow our international business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying global market opportunities, building relationships with international clients, and driving export sales. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills, along with a good understanding of export procedures and international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. International Sales & Business Development

Identify and approach potential international clients, distributors, and partners.

Develop strategies to expand export sales and enter new global markets.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients.

Understand client requirements and provide tailored product solutions.

Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
3. Export Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and process export orders, invoices, shipping documents, and customs clearance paperwork.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export policies, and logistics requirements.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agencies, and customs brokers for smooth export operations.
4. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate records of export sales, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel sheets.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Coordinate with internal teams for production schedules, shipment planning, and quality assurance.
