SuryaTech Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Extrusion Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating extrusion machines to produce high-quality profiles, pipes, or sheets based on production specifications. This role requires a solid understanding of machine operations, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:-
Set up and operate extrusion machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency

Measure and inspect finished products for accuracy and defects

Load raw materials and maintain appropriate feed rates

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery

Maintain production logs and documentation
-
Follow all safety, hygiene, and quality protocols in the production area

Report machine issues or material shortages to supervisors immediately

Minimum qualification: ITI/Diploma or 10th Pass with relevant experience

1–3 years of experience in plastic or UPVC extrusion operations preferred

Understanding of extrusion machine components and process parameters

Ability to use measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, or tape measures

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Willingness to work in shifts if required
